We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Here's how refunds work at Mihshoo Studio.
Before Work Begins
If we haven't started working on your project yet, you're entitled to a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked. Just let us know and we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days.
After Work Begins
Once we've started working on your project, refunds are not available. This is because we allocate time, resources, and creative energy to your project from day one.
However, we're committed to delivering work you're happy with. If you're not satisfied, we'll work through revisions until we get it right.
Why This Policy?
We're upfront about scope and expectations before any work begins. We want to make sure we're the right fit for each other — that's why we have a discovery conversation before you pay anything.
